Room Darkening Shades: The cordless, heat-blocking, top/up-down window shades are made of 0.78-inch single-cell blackout honeycomb fabrics with aluminum foil, which can block 100% of sunlight. All window blinds feature a white backing to reflect more daylight and provide a uniform exterior appearance. The cordless design ensures a child-safe and pet-safe environment. The cellular shades offer complete privacy and light blockage, making them ideal for media rooms, nurseries, and bedrooms.
Energy Saving: The unique honeycomb construction provides soundproofing while also reducing the harmful effects of ultraviolet rays and offering excellent insulation for energy efficiency. These blackout cellular shades trap air between the honeycomb-shaped cells, keeping your home cool in the summer and retaining warmth during the winter.
Smooth and Quiet Glide: The Keego robust, constant-force, spring-loaded mechanism has passed 5,000 tests for typical lifting or pulling down of each cellular blind, making it easy to raise and lower the shades evenly every time and stay balanced automatically. The mechanism retracts and extends smoothly with constant force, and the patented spring winder inside prolongs the lifespan of the springs, avoiding rebound or sagging performance and simplifying the installation of the top-down, bottom-up blinds.
Made to Order: The cordless blackout top-down, bottom-up window blinds are custom-made, with a width range of 16 to 78 inches and a height range of 10 to 78 inches. For inside mounts, a minimum window depth of 1.5 inches is required, and we suggest deducting 0.25 inches for an installation security gap. For outside mounts, the width you purchase is the exact width you will receive. For increased blackout, we recommend adding 4 inches to both the width and height. Mounting hardware and installation instructions are included, making the setup process easy.
