To find the appropriate width for an inside-mount installation, measure the exact distance from the inside of the window frame at the top, middle, and bottom, from left to right. The minimum of these three measurements will be the window width you should order.
To determine the height, measure the exact distance from the inside of the window frame at the left, middle, and right, from top to bottom. The maximum of these three measurements will be the window height you should order.
When placing your order, the width should be the exact inside width of the window, and the height should be the exact inside height of the window. Round the numbers as needed. Please note that we will deduct 0.2 inches from the ordered width to ensure a proper fit for your window. A minimum window depth of 2 inches is required.
For outside-mount installations, there are two options to consider:
If you want the shade to completely cover the window frame, order the width as the window's outer frame width plus an additional 3 to 6 inches. The height should be the window's outer frame height plus an additional 5 to 10 inches.
If you want to mount the shade on the surface of the frame, order the width as the window's outer frame width, and the height as the window's outer frame height.
Please note that the size you order is the finished shade size, not the window size. No deductions will be made for outside-mount installations.

- For outside-mount installations where the shade is mounted on the surface of the frame, order the width and height as the outer frame dimensions.
- The size you order is the finished shade size, not the window size, for outside-mount installations.
